Stephen Patrick Lawler

Born on December 15, 1958 in Watertown NY and passed away on July 7, 2018. He attended Saint Bernard’s Elementary School in Riverdale, Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, and the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Steve will be remembered for his great sense of humor, caring nature, generosity, and love of pets. He was the only person we’ve ever known to answer all the questions on Jeopardy.  He always made his family his highest priority and was always there for each of us.  We now will have another Angel watching over us as he did for us here on earth.  He is survived by his mother, Sharon Lawler, Matthew and Debora, Justin, Corielle, and Cara Bell. Perhaps stars are not stars but rather openings in heaven where the love of Steve will shine down to let his family and friends know he is happy. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
