Robert Warren Tucker, died peacefully at his home, in Annapolis, Maryland, surrounded by his wife Renate, Daughters Monique and Kelly, and Grandson Nikolas. He was remembered in a mass immediately after his death, at his church, St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
After graduation Bob enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1958 and was one of the first servicemen to explore Antarctica on the USS NESPELEN for Operation Deep Freeze III. He was the Managing Partner in Beltway Title Company, which he developed from a single office to 15 separate entities. In later years he loved to travel Europe with his wife, landscape and garden at his home, and sit on the porch and watch the action on the Severn River.
His family includes his Wife Renate Carolyn Tucker; his Daughter Monique Janet Tucker and Grandson Nikolas Robert Tucker; his Daughter Kelly Elizabeth Tucker-Jones and Husband Darin Jones and Granddaughter Katie Jones and Grandson Brandon Jones; his Son Robert Warren Tucker, Jr. and Grandsons Robert and Drew and Granddaughter Lindsey; his Son Stephen Tucker; his Brother Julian Russell Tucker and Wife Debbe Tucker; and his Sister Gail Page Rochek and Husband Mark Rochek.
There will be a service for the family in the Chapel at Resurrection Cemetery of the Archdiocese of Washington, Clinton Maryland, after which he will be placed in the family mausoleum—” . . . in the resurrection, God will give incorruptible life to our body, transformed by reunion with our soul.” A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Inn at Perry Cabin, in St. Michaels, Maryland.
