On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, Rita DeSantis of Crofton, MD, beloved wife of the late Raymond DeSantis, peacefully passed away. She was the loving mother of four children, Joseph DeSantis, Anna (DeSantis) Doyle, Michael DeSantis, and the late John DeSantis. She is also survived by son-in-law, Dennis Doyle; four granddaughters, Christina Giel, Michelle Doyle, Suzanna Emmerich, and Teresa Watkins; three grandson-in-laws, Andrew Giel, Bryan Emmerich, and Michael Watkins; five great-grandchildren, Makayla Doyle, Bryce Emmerich, Lyla Giel, Anna Giel, and Nash Emmerich; and a large extended family in Italy. Family will receive friends on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 2 to 4pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rt 3 South), Bowie, MD. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1800 Seton Dr., Crofton, MD, on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 1pm. Interment private.
