David Cetrone

February 3, 1965 — June 2, 2018

David Cetrone, 53, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Born on February 3, 1965, he was the third son of the late Domenic and Joan Cetrone. He is survived by his two brothers, Domenic (Kim) and Joseph (Kim) Cetrone. His most cherished role was being the father to his two daughters, Christina (Joseph) Cardile and Kelly Cetrone. Two grandsons, Domenic and Anthony also survive him. David was best known for his generosity to many members of the Bowie community and as being part owner in Cetrone's Pizza in Bowie. He also benefitted from the generosity of the Bowie community in 1990 when he was diagnosed with Leukemia and the community held a fundraiser for him and his young family.  He had a passion for music that included a love of Jimmy Buffett. He was an avid pool player and at one time owned Shooters in Severna Park. He always loved to cook and entertain, and anyone who had the pleasure to know him loved him. He was known to his childhood friends as "Smiley" as he always had a smile on his face.  He will be deeply missed.  Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Hwy., Bowie, MD.  A memorial mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 16501 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 10am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of David Cetrone may be directed to support Dr. Russ Hales Cancer Research at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
