Cynthia R. Belcastro

January 21, 1969 - May 24, 2018 Cynthia (Cindy) Renae Prescott Belcastro born in Reform AL passed away on May 24, 2018 after fighting cancer for 4 years. She grew up in southern Georgia and was proud to be a Southern Bell. She was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving 4 years active duty and 12 years reserves.  She was a graduate of the University of California State- Long Beach with a degree in Radiation Therapy. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Crofton. Cindy had an adventurous spirit, and loved being outside, especially by the water. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and never met a stranger. She always brought joy and happiness to every room she entered, and was referred to by her daughter’s friends as “the fun mom.” She was truly a child at heart. Cindy is survived by her loving husband Barry, beautiful daughter Madison, father Eddie Ray Prescott, brother Teddy Prescott, grandmother Jewell Sutton, and several step siblings,. She will be missed by all who knew her and now rests in peace in the hands of God.
