Dominic Joseph Sorrentino

?Dominic Sorrentino died March 5, 2018 in the company of his two daughters after a brief but valiant fight against mesothelioma cancer.  He was a selfless and wonderful husband and father.  He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Patricia.  He leaves behind his daughters Felicia Tippett, Aelicia Sorrentino, and Leticia Davidson; his grandchildren, Anthony Sorrentino, Dominique Stephenson, Alex Davidson, and Ellie Davidson; two great-grandchildren, Luigi Sorrentino, Alessa Sorrentino and Vera Merideth as well as his sisters Jeannie Vidotto and Penny Bryan.  He loved his kids, grandkids and his dogs.  He worked as a carpenter, tile layer, locksmith and all-round handyman for the D.C. Government for 35 years.  Dominic enjoyed spending time at the beach with friends, going fishing as well as collecting guns and knives.  He was always thinking about other people and would frequently find things and say "I'll bet so-so and would like this"In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shriners Hospitals for Children would be appreciated.? ??
