Kenneth Francis Rehmann

Kenneth Francis Rehmann, was born on December 18, 1935 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Ken faithfully served in the U.S. Army during the Cold War in Italy and Germany. Ken worked at Nasa Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD for forty two years. During this time he traveled to   Africa and Antarctica where he helped to launch a weather balloon for NASA. Ken was a pilot, a pilot instructor, inventor, and adventurer. Ken and Ellen used to love traveling and adventuring together. In Ken's retirement years, Ken and Ellen enjoyed volunteering for Golden Retriever Rescue of Southern Maryland and Goldheart Golden Retriever Rescue. They also enjoyed many long walks with their dog River. Ken will be sorely missed by all who loved him. The public visitation is on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 5 to 7 at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rt 3 South), Bowie, MD. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11am at Ascension Catholic Church, 12700 Lanham Severn Rd.
