Eduardo (Ed) Cuellar, 84, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Silver Spring and Bowie MD died peacefully on January 26, 2018, at Tidewell Hospice House. Ed was born on November 20, 1933 in Laredo, TX. He served in both the Air Force and Army for twenty years including time during the Korean War and Vietnam War. After retiring from the military, he worked as a computer programmer/analyst. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College. He was an avid runner, had a passion for flight, airplanes, travel, tinkering with mechanical and electrical devices and was a devoted and loving father and grandfather to his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Kimiko Cuellar (née Tanaka), mother Anastacia Garcia, father Jose Cuellar and sister Trini Nericcio. Ed is survived by his son Del J. Cuellar and wife Heather Brown, his daughter Grace M. Graninger and husband Tim, grandchildren Kimberly, Kelly and Kenny, sister Minerva C. De Trinidad, and loving friend Barbara Giggey. Visitation to be held Thursday February 8, 2018 frin 10:30 to 11:30am at Beall Funeral Home 6512 NW Crain Highway, Bowie, MD 20715 followed by funeral services at 11:30. Interment immediately following services at Maryland Veterans Cemetery-Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road Crownsville, MD 21032.
