Ronald F. Hibbard

Ronald F. Hibbard, age 69, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at BWMC. He was born May 6, 1948, in Washington D.C, to Charles and Marjorie Hibbard. Ron graduated Bladensburg High School in 1966. He served in the United States Navy for six years.  He worked as an electrician for the Government Printing Office for 30+ years until retiring in 2012. Ron enjoyed life through simple pleasures; chatting with, or helping friends and family, dancing, traveling and spending time with his four grandchildren.  He was everyone’s “go-to fix it man” anywhere from electrical, home, auto, and even the occasional broken heart. He is survived by his sons, Michael (Stephanie), and David; four grandchildren, Julianna, Victoria, Jacob and Kate; brothers, Charlie and Donald.  Family, friends, and others whose lives Ron touched are invited to BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rt. 3 South), Bowie MD, from 6 to 8pm on Thursday, February 1, 2018, where a Celebration of Ron’s life will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:30am. Interment will follow at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
