Dorothea H Sommer 91, a resident of Crofton, MD, died Jan 2, 2018 at   Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center.Dorothea was born Nov 27,1926 in Odenton, MD, to the late Noah and Elizabeth Clark.Dorothea was preceded in death by her husband Herman G. Sommer, brother John Clark, sister Rae Matilda Streif and two sisters (of earlier ages)She enjoyed camping, being outside and being with family. Survivors include daughter Linda Cox(Bob), granddaughter Kelly Ferrara(Jason), great-grandson Anthony Ferrara, the extended families of Robert H/Kimberly Cox and Chris/Shannon Cox, Nieces/Nephews in FL(Kennedy family, Pilkinton-Mangrum family, Streif family, in MD(Clark family and Sister-in-laws, Brother-in-law, nieces/nephews of the Sommer family. The family will receive friends from 10am-12noon, with a service to follow from 12-1pm, at the Beall Funeral Home 6512 NW Crain Hwy (Rt 3 South) I Bowie, MD 20715.
