Roger Hugh Bugenhagen

Passed away in Annapolis, Maryland on December 13, 2017, at the age of 84. He was the faithful husband of Shirley Mozelle Bugenhagen (nee Russell), and devoted father of Robert Dale Bugenhagen and Michele Lynn Bugenhagen. Born in Milwaukee, WI, he grew up in Washington, D.C., graduated with a BA from the University of Maryland, and served in the US Army, attaining the rank of captain. Most of his working career was spent in a wide range of positions at the US Census Bureau.  A funeral service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Rowe Blvd., Annapolis, MD Thursday December 21, 2017 at 10 AM.
