Craig C. Ballard

Born and raised in Washington D.C., Craig was an accomplished respiratory therapist serving at Children's National Medical Center for 39 years. He was a loving and supportive father and grandfather, as well as a compassionate and steadfast friend. Married June 24th, 1981 to Annette Cook; they had a devoted relationship spanning 36 years. On September 20th, 2017, Craig C. Ballard Sr. went home to be with the Lord. He is survived by his devoted wife Annette Ballard, six loving children Shireen Banks(Charles), Tanisha Cook(Mark), Craig Ballard Jr., Juan Ballard, Sarah Ballard(Joseph), and Amber Ballard and two fur babies Smokey and Rane. He is also survived by his beloved mother Doris Ballard and two siblings Michelle and Michael Ballard. 7 grandchildren; Angel, Alexia, Arionna, Reshell, Roland, Brittanee, and Torree. As well as a host of family and friends.
