Marion “Honey” Boudman, 88, departed this life peacefully on Friday, September 8, 2017 at her local son’s home with family near her side after receiving assistance from Hospice of the Chesapeake since June. Born December 11, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of Vivian Misho Winter and James A. Winter. She was the wife of Colonel (Retired) Arthur B. Boudman, who preceded her in death in 2004. After extensive travel as a military wife, Honey was a resident of the Crofton, Maryland area for over forty years. She enjoyed her long-time memberships in the Ft. Meade Retired Officers’ Wives’ Club and the Crofton Village Garden Club. She was also a member of the Annapolis Church of Christ for many years. Honey is survived by her sons, Doug (Carol) and Jeff (Susan), and her daughter, Georgia (Alex). She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren that she enjoyed immensely. A visitation will be held at the Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy (Rt 3 South), Bowie, MD on Saturday, September 23, 2017 beginning at 2PM followed by a service at 3PM. Burial will be private. Friends wishing to express their sympathy in a way other than their presence or flowers are encouraged to donate to the charity of their choice in Honey’s memory.
