Anita S. Davenport

Our sister in Christ, Anita S. Davenport, went home to be with our Lord on the morning of June 6, 2017. Her husband, William "Bug" Davenport is taking comfort in the fact that she was ready to go and see Jesus, and he was grateful that their time together on this side of glory were spent together in joy, for Christ and one another. Their love story was one unmatched in this day and age. She was also the beloved mother to her sons, Will, Lynn, and Moe. Anita will be sorely missed by her 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.  She is pre-deceased by her grandson, Keith Davenport. Her loving spirit touched the lives of everyone lucky enough to know her. May God hold her near until we meet again.
