Beloved husband of Ruth Ann Boyette; loving father of Jody Davis, Judith Bell-Hall (deceased), Wallace II (Jennifer) and Allen (Reneé).  Dear grandfather of Deanna Stotler (Ryan), Emily Davis, Mitchell and Ruby Bell.  Son of the late Donald and Ruby Bell; brother of Hilda Strehle (James) and Lance Bell. A Gathering will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 11 to 11:30am at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD, with a funeral service at 11:30am. Interment, Fort Lincoln, Brentwood, MD.
