James Imre Matalik

James I. Matalik was born in Budapest, Hungary on September 3, 1937.  He came to America in 1957.  He was a respected Mechanical Engineer contributing his knowledge towards NASA, Hewlett Packard, and the United States Postal Service where he eventually retired in 2010.  James has been lovingly married to Paulina for over 37 years.  He leaves behind his children Sophia Matalik, James Matalik Jr, Robert Matalik, Julie Matalik Piper (Thomas), Michelle Chaplin Wissman (Russell) and Nora Chaplin Beckman (Gregory) along with 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He passed on Monday, April 3, 2017 after his short battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
