Hattie Elizabeth Schimpf

Hattie E. Schimpf passed away February 21, 2017.  Hattie was raised in Keyser, West Virginia.  Daughter of Charles and Margaret Leary.   She is survived by her only living sibling Jack Leary, stepson Patrick Schimpf, son-in-law Kenneth Jenkins, Jr., grandchildren Kenneth Jenkins, III, Krystal Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins, Ruth Jenkins and Elizabeth Bell.  Great-grandchildren Logan Jenkins, Steven Howard, Jr., Ellana Jenkins and Damien Bell.  Hattie is preceded in death by her husband Jerome Schimpf, her daugher Patricia Jenkins, her sister Bertha D. Leary-Gabbard and June E. Leary-Mantecon and her brother Charles N. Leary. Hattie loved making people laugh by telling stories of her life experiences.  She was a lover of animals, but what she loved most was her family.
