She was the president of the ARC/Maryland, a program developer for the PEATC and was awarded a Kennedy Parent Public Fellowship working with the Department of Education. Beloved wife of Ronald E. Fluke. Loving mother of Ronnie Fluke, Jr. and Terri Fluke. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment private.
