Marshall, Donald V. Of Upper Marlboro, MD, on Thursday, December 8, 2016 peacefully at home. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Bayliss and Lynne Marshall, two sons, David and Jeffrey Marshall, son-in-law Robert Bayliss, daughter-in-law Pamela Marshall, one sister, Gloria Nero and a cousin, Joan White, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
