On Sunday, October 16, 2016, of Timonium, MD. Husband of Roula Paterakis, former husband of 40 years of Antoinette Paterakis. Loving father of Stephen Paterakis and his wife Vickie, William Paterakis and his late wife Deborah, Vanessa Smith and her husband Frederick, John Paterakis, Jr. and his wife Emily, Charles Paterakis and his wife Olga, Karen Philippou and her husband George. Stepfather of the late Peter Passon. Dear brother of Despina Sfakianos and her husband the late Nick Sfakianos, the late Liberty Tsakalos and her husband the late Harry Tsakalos. Grandfather of 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 2pm to 8pm, with a Trisagion Service at 6:30pm, at Grand Lodge of Maryland, 302 International Circle, Hunt Valley, MD. Funeral service and interment private.
