Carl N. Wiener

Carl N. Wiener (80) Of Bowie, MD, on September 15, 2016.  Born July 24, 1936 in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Dorothy S. Wiener, father of Ivan Wiener and daughter-in-law Tamaya Toulouse, and Lori Childs and son-in-law Rudy Childs.  Also survived by sister Sandy Laken and brother-in-law Mark Laken, Ira Wiener and sister-in-law Patty Wiener, and grandchildren Sean and Sebastian Wiener, Zoe, Nikki, Vivian, and Cassie Childs.    Carl was the owner of Telephone Apparatus Company and, over his lifetime, was an avid fisherman, photographer and storyteller.  He loved listening to all music, especially folk and jazz. His humor, interest in others and ability to talk to anyone about anything will never be forgotten.  He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and everyone who came to know him as he impacted so many lives in different ways.  In his last days, he was an example to all of us on how to die with dignity, honor, and integrity.
