James Edward Gwinn

James E Gwinn, a resident of Bowie, Maryland for the past 46 years died of pancreatic cancer on 8/19/2016. He was survived by his loving wife Joyce Cha Gwinn born in Busan South Korea.  His daughter Barbara and her husband Bob Schubert living in Odenton, Maryland and sister Nancy and her husband Bob Lemaster living in Lancaster, Ohio.   He was born on September 7, 1935 in Lancaster, Ohio to parents Roxie and Dallas Gwin.  He graduated from Berne Union High School, Sugar Grove, Ohio.  He served 4 years in the United States Air Force and graduated from Kent State University in Kent Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was employed as an Auditor for 35 years by the General Accounting Office (GAO}, now known as the Government Accountability Office (GAO}.   Family will receive friends on Monday August 22nd 2016 at the Beall Funeral Home 6512 N.W. Crain Highway (Rt. 3 South} Bowie MD, from 2:00pm- 4:00pm followed by a funeral service at Beall Funeral Home beginning at 4 PM.
