On August 16, 2016, Donald Malcolm Lynch of Laurel, Maryland finally won his battle with pain when he left his earthly body and joined his Savior, Jesus Christ. Upon entering his heavenly home, Donald was reunited with his son, Mark Lynch. Donald was devoted to his wife, Nola Lynch; daughter and son-in-law, Lora Lee and Steven Nemeth; grandson, Sean Nemeth; brothers, Thomas and Jack Lynch. Donald cared for people. While he loved to sell everything from cars to vacuums, Donald’s favorite experience was pastoring his church’s Bus Ministry and visiting families throughout the Washington metropolitan area during their best and worst moments. Even when his sickness kept him virtually confined at home, Donald fervently prayed for his family, friends, neighbors, church people, missionaries, and medical caregivers. Throughout his sickness, Donald’s faith in Christ never wavered and his longing for heaven grew greater and greater. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy., Bowie, Maryland 20715, and the funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Faith Community Church, 1306 Riedel Road, Gambrills, Maryland 21054. Interment will follow at Riverdale Baptist Memorial Gardens, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
