Bobby loved growing up in Bowie. He loved hot rods and custom cars and working on cars was his life passion. He loved his family and spending time with his family, especially his "grandbabies," is what gave him the most pleasure. Bobby was a kind and compassionate man who never turned down anyone in need. Helping others gave him satisfaction even though he never wanted to take credit for it. He also enjoyed golf even though he hadn't played in quite some time due to his condition. He watched golf tournaments on TV and just about any show about cars.Bobby fought a very hard ten month battle against lung cancer like a true warrior. Those who knew him, knew he was a real fighter. He is survived by his wife Diana of 41 years, daughter Dawn, son Bobby Jr. and mother Anna.Other family members include his brother Tommy Beales and his wife Cindy, sisters Doris Beales, Susan DeSantis and her husband Ronnie, and Deanna Cooper and her husband Mike. His father Claude Beales is deceased. His beloved grandchildren include Kallie, Emma, Alexa, Jacob, Lauren and David. Bobby also has many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
