William Arthur Graham, 69, of Bowie, MD passed away on August 9, 2016 in Ocean City, MD. Bill was born in 1946 in Philadelphia, PA to William and Elsie Graham. He graduated from Larkin High in Elgin, IL and attended the University of MD College Park where he studied physics and psychology. He was self-employed as a commercial painter and a sports and nature photographer and retired from Rosecroft Raceway as a press box manager and official photographer. Bill was an avid nature enthusiast. His hobbies included reading, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, and gardening. He was a die-hard Terps sports fan. Bill was loving and compassionate and fiercely loyal to all those he loved. He was predeceased by his parents and survived by his five siblings Lynn Gray and her husband Michael, Tom Graham and his wife Kris, Carol Beatty and her husband Ed, Pam Boehmer, and Susan Magaw and her husband Craig. He was the beloved Uncle Bill to numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 1 to 1:30pm at BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Highway (Rt. 3 S), Bowie, MD, followed by a memorial service at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Audubon Society or Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
