Alexander S. Taylor

Alexander S. Taylor, 30, of  Bowie, was called home to the Lord on Monday, Aug. 1, 2016.

Alex was born Nov. 4, 1985, in Hartford, CT and moved to Bowie, MD with his mother and siblings when he was seven years old. He graduated from Bowie High School and received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Alex’s winning smile and loving personality were cherished by his family and many friends. Memories of Alex will forever remain in our hearts.

He is survived by his mother, Roxanne Taylor; stepfather, Frank Lockman; father, Timothy Taylor; brother, Jerome Merrill; sister, Tamiko Murray; grandmother, Marie (Dot) Taylor; aunt, Vickie Darthard; and his nieces and nephew.

We will carry on your love for the Miami Dolphins and the LA Dodgers.

The family request that, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Alex be made to NAMI Prince George's County. You can donate online or mail your check/money order to P.O. Box 959 Greenbelt, Maryland 20768.
