John W. Seddon of Elkridge Maryland, age 84, passed away Tuesday June 7th. The son of the late George W. Seddon and Marjorie McDonough Seddon and brother of the late Marjorie Bradbury. John was born January 11th, 1932 in North Adam Massachusetts. He graduated from Drury High School in 1949 and went on to The University of Vermont for undergrad and University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He was a 1st lieutenant in the USAR and served for 2 years stationed at White Sands Proving Grounds New Mexico. He was married in 1955 to Phyllis Smith. They Settled in Maryland where he practiced Veterinary Medicine for 50 years retiring in 2007. He enjoyed the bay and the mountains. In the 70's he purchased a cabin and "The Farm" both nestled in the mountains of Trout Run Valley West Virginia. He also had a passion for cars owning everything from the original 64 1/2 Ford Mustang, Cadilacs, Mercedes, Audi, Corvette, Lexus..... He is survived by his 4 sons Jeff, John and wife Peggy, Matt and wife Michele, Mike and wife Theresa, grandsons Jeff, Jason, Matt, Brian and Shaun, granddaughters Molly, Gabrielle and Rachel, great granddaughter Naomi and his brother-in-law John "Bud" Bradbury.
