Blanche L. Kilby

On Saturday, May 7, 2016, Blanche Miller Kilby died of complications from Alzheimer’s.  She died in her home with family around her. She was born in Westchester, PA on March 26, 1929.  Was divorced from Robert Charles Kilby and they had three children; Barbara Ann Gossage (Donald), Robert E. Kilby, (Kim) and William C. Kilby.  She was predeceased by her sister Mary, her brother Sonny, and her parents Jack and Margaret Miller. She has six grandchildren: Robert E. Kilby, Jr, Kiersten Gossage, Sara Kilby, Emily Kilby, Megan Kilby and David Kilby. Five great-grandchildren: Merci Gossage, William Paschal, Kennedy Kilby, Haden Kilby and Mason Kilby. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME 6512 NW Crain Hwy., (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 11am-12:30pm, with a funeral service at 12:30. Interment, Lakemont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122. It is asked that donations to Hospice of the Chesapeake be made in lieu of flowers. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
