Charles Annecillo

?Charles is a graduate of Towson State University in Psychology and Sociology, graduate of Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. He has worked as a Program Analyst and Research Analyst for many major health institutes primarily in the Behavioral Sciences, Medical Psychology and Psychiatry fields. He was a licensed Psychologist and had a Maryland State Certification in Psychology I and II. Many of his research studies are published with The Johns Hopkins Hospital and University and Perry Point VAMC. He is also credited with developing a web-based journal peer review system for the Biomedical Engineering Society. He has several awards for job performance, special award for PC and Software Support, Nursing Services and special award for Automated Information Systems Coordinator Orientation Manual. He conducted presentations on various clinical research issues with his main focus being children with abuse dwarfism. He is survived by his beloved fiancé Marilyn J. Almgren and many friends.
