Constance Ann Shively (Marino) was born on January 23, 1933 to Frank and Winifred Shively. She was raised in Roanoke, Virginia. She graduated from William Fleming High School in 1950 and National Business College (with Honors).She moved to Washington, DC in the early 1960's to work for the Federal Government where she met her future husband, Frank S. Marino. Together, they made their home and raised their children in Lanham, Maryland. Connie was a very strong and active member of her community. She loved her civic work, her friends, her neighbors, and her family.She is survived by her daughter Kim Galvan (Marcelino); son Steve Marino (Kate); grandchildren Evie, Frankie, Chase and Jay; brothers James R. Shively and Toby W. Shively (Dixie); and nephews Rese Chad Shively and Thomas Willoughby.
