Margaret Batchelor

Left this earth to be with the Lord on October 28, 2015 at the age of 88. She was born to John and Annie Munro in Kingston, Jamaica, BWI on May 19,1927. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Earl Batchelor, and her adoring children: Maggi Philips, James, Jeffrey, John and Scott Batchelor. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Margaret was a 1951 graduate of King Edward Memorial Hospital Nursing School in Bermuda with specialized training in Montreal. She made a loving home for her family for 65 years in Aliquippa, PA and Bowie, MD. Margaret's passions in life included travel, tennis, reading, crosswords, sewing, baking and both flower and vegetable gardening. She leaves behind many dear friends and relatives who will surely miss her and remember her fun-loving nature and the affection she shared with all she knew. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th, at 3:00 pm, at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD.
