William Clinton Foster

William Clinton (Bill) Foster passed away on September 10th in his home. With him was Peggy, his wife of 58 years. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Foster, his daughter Lynn and two grandsons - Benjamin and Jackson (Abbott). He has an extended family across the country. He is known for his kind manner and sense of humor. He is a "father" to many. He is also remembered by his love of the water, boating, camping at the beach - especially Turtle Beach in Sarasota.
