Beloved husband for 60 years of Doloris "Jackie" Finch; loving father of Janet Shupp and Barbara (Bo) Kelser; dear grandfather of Phillip Kelser and Joe Black; uncle of Mary Anne Pryor and Donna Lanier. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a funeral service at 12 p.m., at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD. Interment with Military Honors, Maryland National Cemetery, Laurel, MD.
