Mary Kraus, 80 On February 12, 2015, of Bowie, MD. Born April 13, 1934 in New York, NY, she was raised in Newton, MA. Mary was predeceased by her husband, David Kraus and survived by her three children: Kathryn, Scott, and Heather, 4 step children: Steve, Larry, Jon, and Mark, ten grandchildren: Kaitlin, Hayley, Emily, Kelsey, Erich, Rebecca, Jeffrey, Nicole, Jenna, and Tyler; and two great-grandchildren: Jayne and Graham. Mary taught ballet in her youth. She was a homemaker who devoted her life to her husband and children and was beloved by family and friends. She loved reading, caring for animals both wild and domestic, eating ice cream, going out to lunch, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Service was private.
