Beloved husband of Patricia "Pat" Hall; father of Lee Hall (Vivian), David Hall, Mona Taber (Bobby) , and the late Robert Hall; father-in-law of Dottie Hall; brother of Bobby Carnes, Frances Alliston, and the late Geraldine Duffey and James Carnes; grandfather of Jennifer, April, Jackie, Jessica, and Bobby; great-grandfather of Ryann, Dylan, Travis, Emma, and Ella. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Route 3 South), Bowie, MD on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 10:30am-12:30pm, with a funeral service at 12:30pm. Interment, Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
