Luther T Wright

Luther (Luke) T. Wright., 69, died December 9, 2014 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center. He was born May 26, 1945 in Washington D.C. to John J and May Wright. He was the 10th of 11 children. He was preceded in death by both parents and all of his siblings. On June 12, 1965 He married the love of his life Joan Wright Who sadly preceded him in death on August 14, 2008. Luke and Joan have two children, Steve and Teri. Steve and his Wife Teresa gave him three grandchildren, Lauria, Shaun and Catherine. Teri gave him two grandchildren, Candice and Cheyenne. Luke's joys in life were family and travel. He spent his life enjoying both as often as he could. Coming from such a large family gave him a lot of opportunity for all types of gatherings like birthdays, picnics, cook outs and vacations. His favorite was Christmas dinner at his house. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on December 18, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm. Services will be held December 19, 2014 at 11:00am followed by Interment, Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
