Phillips, William S. On Sunday, June 29, 2014; of Crofton, MD. Beloved husband of the late Ruth C. Phillips; father of William J. Phillips (Paula), Kathleen M. Melcher (Dwayne) and Robert M. Phillips (Melissa); also survived by 3 grandchildren, Michael A. Phillips-Anderson (Rachel), Halle McComber (Ed), Shana Melcher, and 1 great-granddaughter, Talia Ruth Phillips-Anderson. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Anne Seton, 1800 Seton Drive, Crofton, MD on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 10:00am. Interment will be at Maryland Veterans Cemetery-Crownsville.
