David Anthony Nowlin (GoGo) born September 7, 1960 in Lompoc, California to Geraldine Y. Nowlin and the late James E. Nowlin, Sr. David has 2 surviving brothers and 2 sisters-in-law: James E. Nowlin, Jr. & Marilyn Nowlin; Joseph W. Nowlin and Carla Nowlin;1 sister and brother-in-law: Valarie Mosley Chavis & Jamie Chavis; 3 nieces: Tanya Mosley, Tasha Mosley, Olivia Nowlin; 3 nephews: Paul Nowlin, Joseph Nowlin, Jr., Theo Nowlin; and many other cherished family members. With an amazing free spirit David was surrounded by a shitload of loving friends.
