Ronald Patton Baldwin

Ronald P. Baldwin of Bowie died on December 31, 2013. He worked for 26 years with the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police, retiring as a Sergeant, and worked as a Civilian for 13 years with the Capitol Hill Police. He is survived by his wife, Lynn M. Baldwin; 2 children, Ginger Wright and husband Charles, and Holly Smirnoff and husband Michael; a brother, William Baldwin, and three grandchildren.
