On Saturday, December 28, 2013, of Bowie, MD. She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, James M. Hugler, and their four-legged daughter, J.R. Hugler. She was the first female Property Manager in Washington, D.C., and worked 21 years as a Property Manager for the Immigration Building.
