Devoted son of Frank and Margaret Parks; dear brother of Michael Parks; also survived by a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, and friends. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 7pm, with a funeral service at 7pm. Interment, Arlington National Cemetery, at a later date.
