Larry T. Hairston, Sr.

Larry Travis Hairston of Upper Marlboro, MD died at home on Thursday, September 19, 2013. He was born in, Forsyth County, North Carolina on July 21, 1952. He is survived by his wife, Sherrie; two sons, Larry, Jr. (Sissi), and Joshua; two daughters, Kimberly and Anna; three sisters, Willie Mae, Hazel and Jo (Henry Clay); two brothers, Lin (Evi) and David; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, William Henry and Juanita Jones Hairston, two sisters and four brothers. Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 3 to 5pm at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD. Larry's funeral will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 3978 Pine Hall Rd., Walkertown, NC 27051 on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery.
