Andrew Whittlesey

Andrew(Drew) Whittlesey,47, of Upper Marlboro, MD, previously of Bowie, MD passed away on January 12, 2013 of a Heart Attack at Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, MD. Born October 8, 1965 in Riverdale, MD. He is Preceded in Death by his Father James E. Whittlesey, His Mother Adeline Hill and his Beloved Stepfather William(Poppy) Hill. Throughout his life Drew worked general construction, building maintenance and vehicle towing & salvage. At his last job, he worked at B & B Auto Salvage, which helped fuel his love for old cars. Drew was a handyman, a Jack of all Trades. He would frequently help family and friends with anything that needed to be fixed, or give advice on how to fix it. Drew was very personable, down to earth, and fun loving!! He always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone!!!! Drew loved animals, especially his kitten, Willow. He loved to bowl with his Family and Fish with his Friends. He was working on restoring his 1961 Cadillac. He also loved airplanes, he was always hand making them. Andrew(Drew) Whittlesey is survived by his brothers: Chuck Rhine, Jim(Pegan) Whittlesey and his wife Virginia, Richard Whittlesey and Billy Hill, his Sister: Linda Short and her husband Bob, His nephews: Christopher, Robert, David, James, and Adam, Nieces: Tatiana, and Bethany: Also, Great nieces and nephews and many many friends.
