Barbara E. Moon On Wednesday, December 5, 2012, Barbara Elouis Moon, born on November 4, 1932 in Statham, GA, one of eight children of the late Melvin and Lolamae Hunter, wife of Henry Rufus Moon; mother of Melvin, Arthur, Kelvin, David, Brenda, Roslyn Moon, Belvia Luck, and Joslyn Stewart; grandmother of nine grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, leaving behind two sisters, one brother, and a host of nieces and nephews. Barbara was known for her pleasant smile and warm personality that attracted many people to her. She was a hard worker who took on various jobs to support her family, but her most enjoyable occupation was that of a lovable Day Care Provider. Barbara dedicated her life to Jehovah in water baptism in 1972. She was known among Jehovah's people for the delicious meals she prepared for gatherings, as well as providing delicious meals for visiting servants and their wives. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at the Kingdom of Jehovah's Witnesses, 420 Rollins Ave., Capitol Heights, MD, from 11 to 11:30am where a Memorial Service will follow. Interment in Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Waldorf, MD.
