Ellen Patricia Baker of Bowie, Maryland, died on October 14, 2012. Born on September 3, 1946 in Lenox, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Freda and Willie (deceased) Conner. Survived by siblings Peggy Zweyer of Hudson, WV, Hellen May Howell of Uniontown, PA, Donald Conner of Masontown, WV, and Mary Johnson of Harrisonburg, VA. Beloved wife of 45 years to Kenneth of Bowie. Cherished mother of Kevin (Stacy) of Bowie, Kileen (Michael) Harrison of Ramona, CA, Keith of Bowie, Kyle of Crofton, MD, and grandmother of eight (Brenna, Kiersten, Lauren, Seth, Mark, Sydney, Camden, and Meghan). Family will receive friends at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 NW Crain Highway (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD) on Sunday, October 21 from 2 to 5pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22 at 11:30am at the Bowie Church of Christ (2518 Kenhill Drive, Bowie, MD), with procession to Crownsville Veterans Cemetery following. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
