Frances Walker-Dugan On Friday, October 5, 2012, Frannie passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving husband, David, after a brief illness. Fran is survived by her husband and business partner David; sisters Marie, Betty, and Phyllis of St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada; her husband's sons Tommy and Jeffrey, and their wives Donna and Jen; grandchildren Jeff Jr., Nicole, Sean and Nicholas; dearest dogs Jack and Luca; and dearest cats Cali and Rose. Fran worked for 30 years at Forman Brothers, Inc. of Washington, D.C. She loved all the Formans, the wonderful people she worked with, and the customers; to her, it felt like working with one big, happy family. She loved all types of music and Diet Coke. About 3 years ago, while flying to the west coast to be with David, she suddenly developed a fear for flying? Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 7 to 9pm. Service and interment will be private.
