Helen Mae Locke

Helen M. Locke, 94, of Gambrills and formerly of Crofton, died September 19 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. She was born on December 14, 1917 in Baltimore. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Thomas Johnson and Charles Locke. Survivors include son, Tim Johnson and wife Sally, of Gambrills; daughter, Judith Webb and husband Ronald, of Crofton; two sisters, Catherine McNicholas and Margaret Hartman; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday September 23 at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Monday, September 24 at Sacred Heart Chapel, 16501 Annapolis Rd., Bowie. Interment to follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood.
