Frances Ann Shryock-Hesson "Grannie Frannie" (Age 61) On the morning of Saturday, September 8, 2012, Frances Ann Shryock-Hesson, 61, perished in a head-on collision in Deale, Maryland, she was a passenger. Her beautiful and angelic voice, genuine love for God and family, and determination to rise above personal challenges with dignity, charmed all who were privileged to know her. Mother to Raymond Hesson, Jr., Benjamin Hesson, and Michael Hesson; former wife of Raymond Hesson; grandmother to Zachary, Ryleigh, Lindsay, Michael, Jr., Megan, and Madelyn; daughter of the late Charles M. Shryock and Charlotte F. Yoder Shryock, stepdaughter of the late Marie Drouin Shryock; sister to Charles (Lucky') Shryock, Mary Brady, Susan Ude, Douglas Shryock, Catherine Fanning, Michael Shryock, Tina Moffett, Clare Fabula, Bernadette Barber, the late Steven Shryock, and the late John Shryock, aunt to 40 nieces and nephews, and compassionate friend to all. Family will receive friends at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 14720 Annapolis Rd., Bowie, MD on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12pm. Inurnment, Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD, at a later date.
