Beloved husband of Jane Eagen Dodd and the late Marjorie Dodd; loving father of Missy Dodd, Paul Dodd and wife Phyllis, the late Margaret Dodd and Dee Dodd Sand; grandfather of Noel Gowen and wife Tina, James Gowen, Leah Brown and husband Andy, Andrew Hirtle and Araceli, Daniel Dodd, Samuel Dodd, Gabriel, Dodd and wife Pamela, Rebecca Dodd; great-grandfather of Ashly, Alexys, Matthew, Michelle, Timothy Gowen, Justin, Katrina Brown, Caleb, Aubrey, and Adelyn Dodd; brother of Esther Frayer; son of the late Mary (Utz) and Edward Dodd. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Matthew's United Methodist Church, 14900 Annapolis Rd., Bowie, MD on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 10am. Interment, George Washington Cemetery, Adelphi, MD.
