Kenneth R. Tinkelenberg

Kenneth R. Tinkelenberg, a resident of Bowie since 1980, died on Sunday, August 12, 2012. He was involved in coaching and administration for the South Bowie Boys and Girls club for many years. He and his family were members of the Pointer Ridge Swim and Racquet Club for over 30 years. He spent his 40 year professional career in the telecommunications industry, holding several management positions. He was predeceased by his brother Dennis Tinkelenberg. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline L. Tinkelenberg; 2 sons Brian (Beverly) Tinkelenberg and Michael (Jaime) Tinkelenberg; a sister Betty Smith; a brother Bob Tinkelenberg; and 4 grandchildren Jack, Mark, James, and William Tinkelenberg. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 1 to 2pm, with a Memorial Service at 2pm. Interment private.
